Inspired by the farmhouse beers of Belgium and Northern France, Savour was founded in 2013 and focuses mainly on bottle-conditioned beers. The company is based in Windsor and the beers are brewed in small batches using the kit at Altarnun Brewing (qv) in Cornwall.
